Any Suggestion For Red And Burnt Nose Caused After Applying Garlic?

Hi doctor, i have few pimples developed on my nose as a result applied crushed garlic over them which was my biggest mistake, now my whole nose is red and burnt looks so ugly, my cousins marriage is in 10 days , please suggest a treatment which i can follow so that i can see some improvement on my nose

Start oint Metrogly P , Paracetemol + Ibuprofen combination , Antihistaminic , Antibiotic azithromycin , Vit C for 5 days.
