Any Suggestion For Red/sore/swollen Nose After Tried Removing Blackhead?
I recently popped a blackhead on my nose, which is actually a common thing for me since I get them frequently in that area. I have never had an issue...that is until I popped one that maybe I should not have. There was pus coming out after I popped it which I thought was strange, but the bothersome part for me was the next day I noticed a hole with a black dot in the middle. The black dot was driving me crazy, so I lost control and squeezed it again. This was most likely a mistake d/t the fact that it was gushing out blood and now I am left with a very red, sore, swollen area. The black dot in the middle is still there, but now I also have some strange dried skin ring around it? So my question is do I need to be concerned and see a dermatologist, or did I just aggravate the whole area and it will eventually heal properly?

Sqeezing and manipulating can push the comedones deeper. Blackheads are safe though, that they are less likely to become inflammed as compared to whiteheads.
Nevertheless, you seems to have made the area sore and constant picking at it has made it raw repeatedly thereby interfering with healing.
I would advice that you refrain from touching or picking it with your fingers. Apply a topical antibacterial like either 2% mupirocin or fusidic acid twice daily.
