Any Suggestion For Severe Cough, Cold And Redness Inside Throat?

I am having severe cough and cold and the troar is red inside. I also feel the right nostril to be blocked. but when i inhale steam the nose opens up . I am having this problem in season change as i live in delhi. you have to breathe with open mouth at times. what should i do. I plan to of course see a doctor tomorrow, today being sunday

Well. I think you are having an infection and may need antibiotics for the same!
Please meet your doctor as soon as possible and meanwhile continue yur steam inhalation.You can take syrup benadryl 2 teaspoons twice a day for the cough,
