Any Suggestion For Suffering From Depression Due To Pcos?

Hello
I am currently suffering from depression due to many factors including PCOS and was recommended to take Femodene however I have also been advise that this could potentially make my depression worse and Im in limbo as to what to do, Any suggestions?

PCOS can cause depression due to a variety of factors, but there is no need for antidepressants. Start with counselling and dietary restrictions.
