Any Suggestion For Sugar Level Of 124mg/dl After Having Sugar Free Snacks?

Yesterday I checked my blood sugar after having some sugar free snacks, that is 124 mg/dl is it normal now? I am in primary stage just before 20 days I discover that i have extremely high blood sugar that is 362 mg/dl. I used Amaryl M2 medicine and done huge exercise to recover me. Should I continue medicine or better to accept exercise and diet control? I will be gr8ful to you. Thank u.

Hi
Your blood sugar now is under control and you are under medication. So if you stop the medicine you may get high blood sugar value again. So what I advise you is continue with your medicine and diet control and exercise. But I warn you to watch for any symptoms of hypoglycaemia. You get your blood sugar values checked periodically and slowly you can reduce the dose depending on those values.
Hope this answers your query
