Any Suggestion For Tachycardia Leading To Palpitations, High Resting Pulse Rate, Fatigue?

I have had issues with tachycardia for 4 years. This has lead to passing out, frequent palpitations, and high resting pulse rate. Today at the doctor after sitting for 20-30mins it was 116. I am 5'3'' 130-135lbs and 22 years old. I have fatigue as well. Any thoughts?
