Any Suggestion For Tenderness And Swelling At The Base Of Perineum Towards Anus?

A few days ago, while on toilet, I felt a discomfort (like a stretching feeling ) on my perineum. After a few days of this I decided to clean the area with wipes and press/squeeze around the area. In doing so the area at the
base toward anus right before the skin turns downward toward between cheeks was tender and when pressing and squeezing seemed to have a a small swollen firm area under the skin(1/2" long 1/4" wide) Squeezing/ manipulating it caused no real additional pain. The next day the area is considerably more tender to the touch and seems slightly more swollen and the skin now seems sensitive too.
Suggestions on cause treatment would be appreciated.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having forming abscess or developing fistula in ano.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Avoid constipation.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
