Any Suggestion For Tiredness, Lightheaded When Having Low Iron, RLS, Bi-polar, Vertigo?

Hi Iam a 49 year old female. I have low Iron, restless leg syndrome, bi-polar, vertigo and am over weight. I have no energy no matter what I try Iam not a lazy person. I just got my 2nd knee replaced in the end of September. I am very tired and light headed what can I do to feel better

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the premenopause, may be appearent in different forms, due to the harmon changes.
I advise you to consult an endocrinologist for diagnosis. You may need to have an estimation of estrogen, testosteron, T.S.H, and thyroid harmons.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods .
