Any Suggestion For Type-2 Diabetic Having Fasting Rate:155 And Swelling Near Eyes?

gd evening sir. my wife is Type-2 diabetic. Though her recent HB 1AC is 6.4, her fasting rate comes as >155
she s taking Galvas and geminor M1 both at morning and evening. In the morning, it appears that swelling near the eyes in the morning.. What to do sir

Dear sir, hi!. though the HbA1c value is normal in your wife's case, still the fasting is high. so she needs to increase her before dinner medicine. you can make galvus to galvus met 50/500 for dinner time. also try to have early dinner, so she gets time for some walk before she sleeps off. at the same time keep dinner light.
swelling under eyes can be due to co existing thyroid disorder or multivitamin deficiency. so please check her thyroid functions once, total proteins as well and let me know. regards!
