Any Suggestion On Ear Pain Reducing With Ciprodex But Getting Jaw Pain Making Hard To Chew?

For several weeks I had been experiencing stuffiness in my ears, no pain. On Wednesday I went to see my ENT who cleaned out my ears and prescribed Ciprodex for my left ear in which he saw an infection. On Wednesday night, a few hours after my first Ciprodex treatment, I started feeling an intense, unbearable pain in my left ear, keeping me up most of the night. Since then I've been continuing on the Ciprodex regimen. The inner ear pain has diminished somewhat, though after each dose I notice a pain in my left jaw which makes it hard to chew. I've been taking ibuprofen to deal with the pain. Should I continue taking Ciprodex?

hello. i think you should meet your ENT doctor again and consider changing your ear drops. the pain in the jaw is due to the infection of your ear canal, and will subside in few days. please meet him again.meanwhile you can continue ciprodex drops.
