Any Suggestion To Conceive Quickly After 2 Miscarriages?

hi, me and my husband has been trying to get pregnant for a year...we succeeded right away and once again 7months later...both were miscarriages, my last one was in december and i had to have a d&c...i dont understand why its taking so long to get pregnant. im 27, he is 21, and i already have 3 kids so what im wondering is what can i do, or what over the counter medicene can i buy, to help us conceive faster???

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Miscarriages in early pregnancy can occur due to many causes like chromosomal abnormalities, hormonal imbalance, infections etc.
Better to give 2 to 3 months gap after abortion.
By that time general health can be improved.
In the gap undergo TORCH panel test once to rule out possibility of infections.
After that track your ovulation and plan intercourse around that period.

This will increase the possibility of pregnancy.
Better to continue the pregnancy with progesterone support to avoid miscarriage risk.
