Hi,
Your past history of abortions should be considered and causes evaluated completely before any further treatment and I hope it has been done. If organic causes, infections, genetic anomalies are ruled out, hormonal insufficiency remains to be suspected. This can be taken care of with supplements during pre and post conception stage. Since your parameters are normal and you are being given all the necessary medication, you can wait for a few more months since you are young or go for assisted reproductive methods considering the fact that you have been trying for the past three years. Hope this helps.
