Any Suggestion To Get Rid Of Big Red Pimple On Nose?
hello doctor there developed a big red pimple on my nose.. it has not reduced since last week.. from past one week it is in the same way... usually i dont get pimples I got the same two years ago... i am 24years old male... as of nw am applying Clincitip Gel... I feel which is not effective

I would advice that you see a dermatologist. Your dermatologist might also choose to prescribe an oral antibiotic for inflammatory acne e.g either doxycycline or Azithromycin.
You could use a topical clindamycin gel or benzoyl peroxide gel twice daily.
You may begin with a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion.
