Hello,
You must not use cosmelite just for tanning treatment. It contains steroid and other chemicals which can damage your skin permanently. For tanning you have to practice sun protection:
1. Use a sunscreen with atleast 30SPF, every three hours, covering entire face.
2. Use scarf/caps for sunprotections
3. Avoid cosmetic creams / lotions unless prescribed by a dermatologist.
4. Donot overscrub the area with dark spots too much, as this will increase the pigmentation/tanning.

Just follow these routine measures for healthy skin.
