I will suggest that you get re-evaluated and do a urine and semen culture to find out what the causative germ is and what antibiotic is best to treat this infection. Maybe the germ was not exactly sensitive to ciprofloxacin and did not result in a complete sterilization of the infection site. Also, how is your sexual life? If you have multiple sexual partners and do not use protection all the times, you need to start doing so. I hope this helps. I wish you well.
