Any Suggestion To Treat Itchy Skin?

I have been plagued with itchy skin for most of my life . I`ve been to a dermatologist and to other professionals but still suffer with it. It can occur at any time . I`m so discouraged. I`ve tried topical creams, antihistamines but nothing really makes it go away forever. Any suggestions will be appreciated .
