Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sweating excessively could be due to hypoglycemia.
Hypoglycemia can occur due to long duration of fasting.
Are you on hypoglycemics or insulin?
People who are diabetic and are on oral hypoglycemics or insulin can develop episodes of hypoglycemia characterised by sweating and dizziness.
The levels of fasting blood glucose is required.
If you have similar symptoms in future, take some food item preferable sweet item like sugar or glucose whichever available.
No other test is required.

Thanks and take care
