Aoa My Husband Is 70+ He Underwent Brain Surgery 13

Aoa my husband is 70+ he underwent brain surgery 13 months ago.Event at this time can't walk without walker.From 5 days he is facing severe jerks in his affected leg which lasting few seconds. Another thing he is heart patient, after a severe attack he had stanting. Can't sleep whole night and facing excessive urination. What should I do.Please guide me what to do as I don't want to take him any hospital cause coron is everywhere
