my 26 yo daughter had an appendix burst. apparently the damage is localized and infected. they are treating the infection and say she can not be operated on for approx. 6 weeks. she is driving from fla to okla. to move there in about 10 days. is it safe for her to take a 2 day car drive with that type of condition?

Hi. OH NO ! The mainstay of this stage of appendicitis is REST. There can be flare-up on moving too much / strain or stress of any sort. It will be wise to have a rest.
