Applied Salon To Scrotum To Treat A Small Bruise. Skin Irritating And Swollen. Remedy And Treatment?
I applied un diluted savlon (antiseptic) to my scrotum to treat a small bruise, (Area about 3cm in diameter) & went to sleep. I woke up about 4hrs later in pain. I immediately cleaned the area with warm soapy water and noticed irritated skin with slight swelling. Is there any home remedy as this is very embarrassing?? And is it serious?? Thanks in advance.

There is no need to worry about slight swelling and irritated skin in scrotum.
Wash with normal water and would recommend to use calamine lotion or simple glycerin to prevent skin from drying and causing irritation sensation.
NSAIDS will reduce infalmmation and swelling and you will be symptomatically better very sooner.
