Are Admont LC And Montec LC Same In Contents?

Recently I contacted a doc for my severe cold and running nose...he suggested a drug called Admont LC. Is it same as Montec LC in contents? And also he suggested me for not taking Milk, Banana, Egg, Fish and also not to indulge in sweating excercise....is it correct?
