Are Apidone Syrup, Rhinathiol, Azithromycin, And Sinarest Nasal Drops Effective And Safe For An Infant?

Hello Doctor, I have a baby of 9 months, she caughs and vomit too much plus severe flue. Actually when she is vomiting she looks as if she is not breathing.The cough looks chesty. The peas has prescribed Apidone syrup, Rhinathiol pead, Azithromycin and sinarest nosal drops pead. Am kindly inquiring whether this treatment is effective and safe. Also any alternatives which can be made.
