Are BP Of 144/78 And Pulse Rate Of 98 Normal?

Just checking to gauge concern. Husband, 71, experiencing excessive perspiration, skin cool and clammy. BP is 144/78 (usual BP is approximately 120/64), heart rate is 98 (usually 62), regular rhythm, perfusing well. No chest pain, no nausea. Should I be concerned?

with age it is all normal take ecg and consult cardiologist. need not be concerned.heart rate is little higher but have no clinical relevance slight physical exertion can raise the pulse rate.if you're feeling alright and temperature is normal then forget and take some rest.
