Are BPA Free Water Bottles Advisable For Daily Usage?

I have an Aladdin brand reusable water bottle. Is is rated 7 and BPA free. Is this safe to use daily? I carry it with me everywhere I go with water. I drink only water and 1 to 2 cups of coffee in the mornings.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
BPA stands for 'bisphenol A'. BPA is an industrial chemical that has been used to make certain plastics and resins since the 1960s.
BPA is found in polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins.
It is advisable to use BPA-free products.
However, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has said that BPA is safe at the very low levels.
Since the product you have mentioned is BPA free, it is safe for use.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
Regards,
