Are Calaptin, Omnacortil And Nova-500 Safe For Cluster Headache?

Respected Doctors, I am suffering from cluster headache which is very painful. I am fear coming before this attack.That attack time is 15 minutes to 3 hrs. This is happening from last 7 year. When attack start then no medicine work in this pain as per my knowledge or experience.Kindly suggested. That repeated nearly after 1 year. Now i am taking medicine as per below details:- Claptin 40mg- 3Times Omnnacortil-40mg- 10Am Headset- 2 times (Morning & Evening) Nova-500mg- Night

Hi

Continue with the drugs as prescribed.Headset can be taken during the headache and other drugs should be taken as prophylaxis to prevent further attacks.

Headset tablet could cause side effects like chest pain,irregular heart beat,bloating,constipation. Calaptin cause dizziness,leg swelling and nausea.

Stress management,regular sleeping habit,reducing trigger food like caffeine,alcohol can reduce repeated migraine attacks.
