Are Clindamycin And Adapalene Gel Advisable For Black Spots On Face?

I am having severe black spots on my face. I have consulted many doctors some of them gave me kojic acid+nadoxin+sunscreen. Few recommended only kojic acid and few of them suggested clindamycin+adapelene and no sunscreen. Which one should i use? Nothing still works for me. I am confused. Please help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sunscreen can be used with any combination and clindamycin can be used instead of Nadoxin and Kojic if prescribed then use it, as causes are infection, allergy, dust, so immunity plays an important role. Diet and lifestyle also matter. One research shows 'Art of Living' OMBW course works in some unknown mechanism.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
