Are Cyclopam, Metrogyl, Redotil And Pantosec Right Medications For Diarrhea?

I have a running stomach and doctor has prescribed the following medicines...cyclopam, metrogyl, redotil and pantosec? can someone answer me plz if this is the right medication. A brief background about me is that...since past two days like Monday night...my stomach started to behave abruptly and Wednesday i went to doctor...I told her the same that running stomach and there is pain in the stomach while passing the stool!! So looking for adivce on the same.

Yes. They are good enough for your Diarrhea. Aspiration do have Oral rehydration Solution or ORS to keep your hydration in good form.
