Are Duvadilan Retard Tablets Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

Currently 35 week of pregnancy just started. I have to travel for 2.5 hours by car to my hometown and have to stay there for 3 days .Doctor advised me to take duvadilan retard two times from one day prior to the day i have to travel and continue for 5 days thereafter. Please advise is it safe to have this medicine?
