Are FNAC Smears Showing Benign Columnar Epithelial Cells Suspicious?

My mother has undergone FNAC test on 14 July microscopy reports say that FNAC smears show clusters of benign columnar epithelial cells no conclusive evidence of malignancy seen in these smears advised repeat FNA from representative site or biopsy if clinically suspicious

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The fine needle aspiration suggests that there is presence of only benign columnar epithelial cells.
There is no evidence of malignant cells.
However, if there is clinical suspicion of malignancy, you need to get aspiration or biopsy repeated.
The site of the FNA is not mentioned so it is not possible to comment on the site f FNA.
