Are Lactare Capsules Advisable In Breastfeeding Woman?

Can I continue lactare capsules throughout breastfeeding. My baby is 5 months old I started taking these when she was around 4 months. I m tsking 2 tables thrice a day. In addition to this i m taking galactic granules twice a day with milk.pls advice. Thanks.
