Hello,

You can take Evion - 400 that you have been prescribed, it is vitamin E and will do you good.

Liofen is Baclofen, a muscle relaxant & antispastic. It may have side effects like chest pain, hypotension, dyspnea, palpitation or syncope. Consult your treating Neurologist, discuss your past illness & surgery with him.

He may replace the medicine with other that suits you better. In the meantime take food rich in vitamin B6, B12, folic acid & minerals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
