Are Macfolate Plus And Ecosprin Effective In The Treatment Of Infertility?

I had my first abortion in 2nd month as there was belighted Ovum. in December 29th 2016.. after that my periods came on 29th January 2107 and the doctor advised me to take Macfolate Plus and ecosprin 75 for 3 months for conceiving and this is first time the periods came early.SHOULD I CONTINUE TAKING THESE MEDICINES TO CONCEIVE ?ARE THEY SAFE FOR ME ?PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD I DO .

Macfolate Plus Capsule is a multivitamin used for the treatment, control, prevention, & improvement of fatigue, nerve damage, anaemia, weight loss etc.

A daily aspirin can help women get pregnant by increasing womb thickness, reducing inflammation in cells and boosting blood flow.

So you can continue macfolate as a multivitamin and yes, as I mentioned, you can continue taking aspirin daily to help you conceive.
