Hello, I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
The reason for the symptoms may be
1) long term diabetes causes weakness of nerves resulting in diabetic neuropathy.
2) metformin can cause vitamin b12 deficiency, which can cause nerve pain (the same will be treated by meganeuron)
A to z us a good multivitamin which would help in over all well being. Revital also has similar content, and do many multi vitamin are not warranted, and add to unnecessary pill burden.
So take either or two, and you can take it for long period s as supplement.
Regards Dr Priyank Mody.
