Are Mintop And Finast The Right Medicines For Severe Hair Fall?

Hello Sir, Good evening. My self XXXX and I m just 22 yrs old. I m suffering from hair fall last three years and I am very upsad from the same problem. But my fathers has perfect hairs, he is 46 around even, also my grandfather have too. I used 1-2 month Mintop 5 with Finast but my one friend old me that the finast 1 mg is very harmful for sexual. I left the all above and my hair fall is increasing very fast so that I m very depressed. Kindly, please suggest me for the same. Thanking you!

Hi,

That's about all the medicines directly for hair falling out. Some people might have a vitamin deficiency, autoimmune disease, or thyroid problem, but those are rare. Otherwise those are the only medicines. Yes finasterone is a blocker of production of testosterone and affects male sexual activity. Then, which one will work depends on the pattern of hair loss with frontal being a male pattern and testosterone blockade the only possible medication. If it is on top but not front, minoxidil works well.
