Are Neogest And Cobadex Safe To Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor.. I am 5 weeks pregnant now. And i have been asked to take Neogest SR 200, Cobadex CZS, Ecosprin-75 and FOL-xt tablets daily once by my consultant. Is it wise to consume all those tablets. Can i know the reasons why I have been given all these medicines?
