Are Nicoace Sp And Gabapin Nt Right Medications For Backache?
Sir I m suffering from back due to picking up heavy weight I m unable to sit and stand properly.i consulted with a ortho doc and he suggested me Nicoace sp twice a day and Gabapin nt 100 once a day.please tell me is it safe and proper medicine for my problem

Back pain after weight lifting might be due to muscular sprain or due to sudden disc prolapse. You are taking painkiller medication ( nicoace sp) and gabapin contains gabapentin which helps to relieve radiculopathy. You should be first investigated with Xray of lumbosacral spine anteroposterior and lateral views to confirm diagnosis. If it shows loss of lumbar lordosis you must be having muscular spasm and meditation are right. But not only medication rest is also required. If this medicines do not relieve go of pain in five days them mri of lumbosacral spine is required. All the best.
