Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i suffered from insomnia from the age of 13, did the phychiatrist treatment at the age of 19 to discover underlying cause and that didnt help, I never took tablets till i discovered nytol around 7 years ago I am not 35 and since then I take nytol regularly (not everyday can go weeks with out it sometimes not often sometimes) and every few month i need something stronger for a few days when nytol doesnt work. but after that kick start of a day or two i dont need the stronger stuff from the doctor... i dont get any major side effect for nytol. emotionally dependent or not it helps me sleep .. and it therefore helps eliminate all the horriblen depression i can get from not sleeping.. hence i dont think my regular use is a bad thing ... do you
