Are Phenergan, Colicaid, Cefixime, Maxtra, And Neopeptine Safe For A New Born Baby With Abdominal Tightness And Loose Stools?

Hi, my baby (1 month old) was having tight abdomen and is crying when about to go motion. But is going motion loosely only. Pediatrician has given Phenergan, Colicaid, Cefixime oral suspension and on next follow up Maxtra, Neopeptine. Is this medicines ok to give to a new born.
