Are Propranolol And Paroxetine Advisable For Arrhythmia Of Heart?
I am having sinus arrhythmia due to anxiety and stress.I have had several anxiety attacks which are characterized by pounding heart at 120 bpm or more with shortness of breathe.What should I do.I presently am taking two propanolol 20 mg twice a day with a twelve hour gap and paroxetine tablets after lunch and dinner.I have also been given clonazepam tablets in case of emergency panic attacks.What should I do? I live in constant fear of suffering a heart attack.
