Are Sodium Sulphate And Potassium Sulphate Advisable For A Sulphur Allergic Person?

my wife is allerge to sulfer and. she has got to start taking a bowel prep kit and it has got sodium sulfate,potassium sulfate, and magnesium sulfate in a oral solution. Should she take this or wait and call her doctor. She is scheduled for a colon test.

I would strongly advice your wife not to take the bowel prep kit, which has sulphur components, because it may lead to severe allergic reactions.
Instead of using sodium sulphate/potassium sulphate/magnesium sulphate solution, I would recommend that your wife uses alternative bowel preparation which are sulphur free, like bowel preparations with polyethylene glycol (PEG), PEG-Citrate-Simethicone, PEG-Ascorbate etc.
I don't know which ones are available in your country, but there are definitely sulphur free alternatives.
