Are TSH 0.92, Free T4 1.1 And FT3 231 Normal Levels?

I ve had excessive hair loss for about 2 months with other thyroid symptoms. Just received lab results. TSH 0.92 Free T4 1.1 FT3. 231 Complete CBC is all normal and so are other autoimmune tests. Dr says there is no chemical or hormonal reason for hair loss... Do my thyroid panels look ok to you? Sorry didn t know there was a fee. Just trying to get some answers online

hi
thank you for asking your concern and welcome to hcm. frankly speaking there might have some mistake in analyzing the tests or writing the results or some other problem which i can not make out. your t3 is raised significantly which definitely shows hyperthyroidism and to which tsh is also supporting as it is on lower side but not completely lower, tsh takes time to go lower when t3 and t4 rises. on other hand t4 is low which is bizarre, because either it should normal or raised, but its low value is not in relevance with t3 and tsh hence i suspect some mistake. in either case of thyroid hypo or hyper hair problem occurs. there are multiple causes to hair fall nutrition, environment, stress, genes and many more and at a time it may be multifactorial also. i would suggest you to take multivitamin tablets for a month eat health food and see if this works. you can consult a physician to check for the thyroid reports.
if you feel any doubt please ask us
