Are Tramadol And Diclofenac Advisable For Sharp Pain In Chest?

I have severe sharp pain in the right side of my chest under my breast. It is worse when I exhale than inhale. It was intermittent for a few days but has been constant for 48hrs. I am seeing my G.P. Tomorrow in the meantime, I have some Tramadol and Diclofenac previously prescribed, can I take either of these now to alleviate the pain? Over the counter pain relief has had no effect. I do not drink alcohol. Thank you

till you can consult your doctor you can take Tramadol or Diclophenac to get relief of pain.
