Are Trapic Mf And Gynae C V P Right Medication For Erratic Periods?

I am 51 years female. Last 1 year no periods. Now moderate bleeding for last 10 days.
taken Trapic mf and gynae-c.v.p for 2 days 3times/day. Still bleeding continues.Feeling very tired
What to do? Continue same medicines as suggested by my doctor. Or better method.
