I have been under your treatment in 1992. I remember had prescribed me some tricyclic medicines. But I guess I was diagnosed wrongly as even after six months I did not recover. I discontinued the medicine and suffered in silence for another 6 years, scared to even talk about it. My marriage was in 1994 and in 1998 finally told my husband who took me to a psychiatrist in Delhi where he diagnosed me as suffering from depression and prescribed prodep 20mg. I started feeling better after abort three weeks and realised that there was finally a medicine that could relieve me of the symptoms of depression. However I still regret a lot and think that I unnecessarily suffered especially due to the misdiagnosis. My father was also under your treatment for alcoholism. I am definitely not trying to blame you but wonder why the tricyclic medicine you gave me did not relieve my condition. Actually I think you gave me medicine for anxiety but not depression. Please confirm so that at least I will stop repenting. Thanks.
