Are Veloz D And Normaxin The Correct Treatment For My Gastritis, H. Pylori, Hiatus Hernia, And Chronic Constipation?

Hello doctor I suffering from gastritis h pylori related and hiatus hernia grade I l . I feel pain at midback and change it position to shoulder blade during relux and empty stomach. Why it happening. I get wore reflux and pain during taking ppi. Now I use veloz d and normaxin. Is it correct medicine?. Also I have chronic constipation.
