General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Wikoryl Contain antihistamine and paracetamol and is widely used over the counter for flue and allergies.

While kurfil is used to relieve a cough. Both of these medicines are used commonly and are safe for a child of 17 months.

The dose is roughly1 spoon 2 to 3 times a day but uses it as advised by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
