Are Abdomen Cramps Normal After Taking Contraceptive Pills?

I was on Mononessa Birth Control for a year and a half and I stopped taking it in April. I had a regular period in May(4 deays late) and now no period in June at all. I have cramping and discomfort in my lower abdomen(like period cramps) is this normal after taking this BC pill?
