General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is very rare for patients with Addison's disease to develop low back pain. Due to your history of kidney tumors, I would recommend you to talk to your doctor related to this new pain and have a proper and thorough examination.
An X-ray of the lower back may be needed and the doctor may order a CT scan and/or other tests if he finds it necessary.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
