Are All These Medications Advisable Before A Breast Surgery?

my Doctor prescribe Montelukast 10 MG 1 tablet by mouth every night. I m having breast surgery replacement ruptured implants (10 years old)..surgery February 12,2018 I did mention I m a choker.maybe why the above Med Also prescribed ....Dok Laxative 1 capsule by mouth twice daily 10 days .....Aprepitant 40 mg 30 min priorate surgery .....Gabapentin 300MG 1 morning before surgery, 1 night before, 3rd bring capsule to surgery .....Diazepam 5MG 1-2 tab every 6 hous as needed Hydroxyzine Pamoate 25 MG every 6 hours as needed I took myself off estrodot (estrogen) couple months ago I also stopped all Vit. I take NO meds I ve had 2 c-sections 1969 and 1972 bi-lateral knee replacements 2004 tonsillectomy 16years old 2-corporal tunnel both hands.. need another on right hand Abdominal Pasti Reduction with implants 2008 toe surgery Joyce Fornero dob 7-20-48 I m extremely active and healthy....No medical problems at all.. I m Dragon boat trainer.. Since loosing my husband of 44 years,6years past, I took on all his jobs...Why? becauseI can.. I get on roof, i lay pavers and bricks,work in my yard 2 to 10 hours regularly..And still transform into a nice looking DIVA.... My question is it necessary to take all the meds. Ive never had any complications with any surgeries that i know of.. I do not take any medications.....very healthy.. Only problem I have at this time are Hot Flashes..today I purchased Estroven Dr. F Kasimier ordered a Muliti vitamin and Vit C before surgery Feb 12
