Are All Types Of Labial Fusion Associated With Intersexuality?

My girlfriend had a surgery when she was really young because she was born with labial fusion. Apparently it's just when the lips of the vagina are fused together and so they did a surgery to open it up and she's had scar tissue ever since. I've been looking it up and have found a lot of information in relation to intersexuality. Are all types of labial fusion associated with intersexuality? Is my girlfriend intersexual even though she's very much a girl?
